SUGAR LAND, Texas – Network In Action (NIA), a networking business revolutionizing the industry with its innovative use of technology, announced it has launched new networking groups with a strategic business advisor of 16 years, Kathy Bowersox, in Sugar Land. Bowersox is currently the group leader of the NIA Westchase Business Force group. She has been leading this group for the past year. In January 2021, Bowersox will also be launching a new group focused on military veteran business owners named Veterans Business Force.
Giving rise to business leaders, Bowersox will be assisting these dynamic groups of local business owners and professionals in growing their network through monthly 90-minute meetings with set agendas each month to ensure each meeting is interactive and engaging for business owners.
“Since 2004, I have worked with small business owners to increase their cash flow, improve profitability and help them to run their businesses in more efficient and productive ways – however, I’m also someone who has naturally been connecting people all my life,” said Bowersox. “I do what I do, as a strategic business advisor and an NIA group leader, because I am on a mission to transform small businesses and the lives of their owners. As a small business owner myself, I know how valuable it is to have someone you can always turn to as a resource in times of need and that’s exactly what Network In Action is – a resource that’s always there for you.”
Taking a modern approach to networking, NIA’s revolutionary internal website and smartphone app allows members to pass and track referrals with ease, start discussions with other members, post status updates and more. The app helps to streamline the referral process for NIA members by giving them the ability to connect in real-time. It is also the only networking organization offering a guaranteed ROI through a simple calculation method based off a members’ commitment to attending monthly meetings and passing referrals.
“In the time I have known Kathy, she is always thinking about others and how she can add value to their lives especially as business owners,” said Scott Talley, founder and CEO of Network In Action. “She’s skilled at building great synergy and momentum among groups of people, so much so, that even before she began her NIA Sugar Land Business Force group two, now current members of the group, were already passing referrals to one another. The Sugar Land business community is in great hands and I can’t wait to see the impact she continues to make on small business owners.”
