Included in this project exclusively targeting 17-19 year olds in Medway are the following benefits to enable younger members of the unemployed - but who also have ambitions to run their own business at some time:1/. Full hands on daily training on the basic skills required to offer gardening services to members of the public anywhere in the Medway Towns as a self employed gardener.
2/. For the training period they would be provided with new clients in their area, normally on small 1 day jobs working directly with their trainer, for which they will also generate some income while working.
3/.The trainees will be provided with all the tools required to complete the work up until they are able to continue on any further work completely independently. During this period they will be required to pay an arbitrary fee of just £20 per day to be paid at the end of each day out of their income which is also paid to them by the client daily.
4/. Trainees will also be trained in how to generate their own work within the dedicated area through promoting their own Facebook Business Page (for this they will receive free support in helping them to create that page as well a how to promote their own business daily in their own chosen area completely free of any charges by the Guild)
5/. At the end of the training period the then qualified gardeners will have the opportunity to join the Inspired Landscape Gardening Services Guild Click Here as an associate member and be added to a list of accredited gardeners working in the Medway Towns.
Should they choose to join they will also feature on the Guild's own website as an accredited member and also appear on the Guild's own Google map enabling members of the public to contact them directly instead of through the Guild. They will also enjoy further online support from the Guild should they wish to take any.
For this each associate member will be required to pay, in advance, a membership fee of just £10 per month (in advance monthly) with no fixed contract allowing them to leave the Guild with just 1 month's notice, after which they will be removed from the Guild website and no longer be permitted to use the Guild name as a member.
