Organised by the [URL=http://canadacca.ca/]Centre for Conscious Awareness – Canada[/URL], this event is devoted to providing information about the health and wellness of seniors in the local community. The event will be focused on providing tips to seniors on staying healthy and regulating their moods to improve their overall health. “This fair is a good platform to educate seniors, their caregivers and family members about various wellness practices for elderlies. This fair will feature meditation demonstrations by the Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation, presentations by professional speakers on topics such as ‘Age-Proof Your Body’, ‘Energizing Seniors Through Nutrition’ and ‘Heads Up! For Healthier Brains’ and wellness booths by the Alzheimer Society of York Region and South Asian Women’s Centre. There is no admission fee for this event.
