Pro-life Candidates and Speakers Rally for Sanctity of Life
Congressional Candidate Truly Heiskell Campaign Gathers Community to Pray

BriefingWire.com, 3/02/2020 - (HOUSTON, TEXAS) – An impromptu and spontaneous gathering of concerned citizens, state candidates, ministers, and one candidate for Harris County Sheriff gathered to speak on the public access areas near Planned Parenthood in Houston over the weekend in what was called “Sanctity of Life March.”

Featured speakers included emcee and radio host “Doc” Greene of Right Side of the Mic Radio Show who introduced Truly Heiskell, running to unseat Sheila Jackson Lee in Congressional District 18, State Senate Candidate Dr. Milinda Morris McConnell (SD 13), State Representative Candidate Martha Fierro (HD 145), Sheriff Candidate Paul Day and various ministers and community volunteers who are Pro-life and support President Donald J. Trump. Government funding for planned infanticide faces limits and an overdue legal review at the Supreme Court.

Part of the activities included the pledges of allegiance to America and the state of Texas, prayer, worship music, Shofar blowing, and connecting with bystanders. All gathered to pray and some have prayed for years that this facility would ultimately close.

Candidate Truly Heiskell shares her thoughts: www.facebook.com/StealthMarketer/videos/10221492955173919/ (Facebook video 12:39 min.).

“We as American Blacks survived and overcame slavery, Jim Crow South with millions of other baby boomers with excellent results. But, the current welfare system has decimated the black community. This welfare system has taught women to marry the government and men to shirk their responsibilities,” said Truly, “We plan to address fatherlessness and bring much needed hope and opportunity to Congressional District 18.”

“Interestingly, due to the water main break in Houston this week that made national news and inconvenienced fellow Houstonians,” remarked an attendee, “This facility was closed on Friday and Saturday and not doing infanticides ahead of our gathering.”

A few young women were turned away at the gate and had an opportunity to review sonograms via a bus resource that was located at the venue (not involved with this gathering).

“We are calling on over 30,000 churches in the Houston area to begin holding similar gatherings in this location and praying that Houston removes planned infanticide in our region,” said Doc Greene, “Our churches do great things, but the issue of the unborn is the one thing that we have neglected in many years and we are seeing in our time a possible reversal of Roe vs. Wade.”
