Rev. Dr. Felicia Osborne in Red Carpet Deceit - When Pastors Steal min documentary
A 5 year-old debt owed by Rev. Dr. Felicia Osborne turns into a mini documentary that explores the scandalous approach many clergy take to avoid paying their bills. It's a pathology of sickness and sin. Some clergy believe they are above the law...

BriefingWire.com, 6/07/2025 - New York. Imagine a pastor owing money but refusing to pay even after catching a $210,000 windfall from the sell of a commercial property but still would not pay just a meger balance of $3900 owed for 5 years (since 2020).

This drama continues playing out with New Jersey pastor, Rev. Felicia Osborne who sold a commercial building located at 63-65 Pierce Street Newark, NJ last July 2024 via Coldwell Banker for $210,000 but took the money and left some vendors unpaid. Hollis Media is one of the companies this pastor skipped paying in spite of numerous arrangements made and promises to settle for years. Last September Hollis Group revised the agreement with a schedule to have the debt cleared in just 3 months but Pastor Osborne also defaulted on that and sent an email in late November of 2024 that she would catch up in January 2025. When January 2025 past she then promised to pay by April. Now the rest is history and evidently this pastor is not a woman of her word. Sadly.

This is a serious pathology among some Preachers who serve poor districts one consultant said: 'especially those without any formal training or run a worship center like the family business, which in some cases it is the "family" business.'

Pastor Osborne changed her number, blocked calls and even stopped communicating with the company's attorney who tried to amicably resolve the matter --- Osborne cut off all cooperation after it was emphasized Coldwell Banker listed the property her nonprofit owned at 63-65 Pierce Street in Newark, NJ as sold.

It was this type of shady dealing said Hollis when its production manager decided to produce a documentary surrounding the ordeal where the manager said folks will see just how dishonest this woman has been over the years. This is in no way a "one-off" she is too proficient in lying, this is a darn lifestyle.

The Mini Documentary goes on sale tomorrow on Amazon and Youtube - it is a case Study for ministry (there has to be better oversight) and legal teams to consider. You cannot make it up.

In the documentary you will see first hand correspondence and several arrangements made by Pastor Osborne giving numerous reasons for the delays only to discover she got a new home but could not pay her bill.

"This is one of the main reasons so many individuals do not honor the office of pastors, it's crooks like Osborne who hide behind the name of God but live so contrary to the ordinances of righteousness", said Hollis one of the principal owners of the media firm.

The production company manager witnessed several phone calls with Felicia Osborne promising to clear up the debt as far as late 2019, which went over into 2020 (during Covid-19) where she did not remit anything though her counseling and treatment center received over $100K contract for services in the Newark New Jersey area that was opened late hours. A very lucrative contract.

"Where does this go? The answer is eventually to court, although the opportunity is still open for the good Reverend to pay the bill and close the chapter."
