Founded by Andy Valadez of Marketing Dynamics, the Saturday Menudo Club has evolved from informal meetups into a growing platform that highlights leadership, culture, and collaboration across the Houston region and beyond.

Since its inception, the organization has documented its journey through video, social media, and live cultural events, capturing authentic moments that reflect its mission and the people it serves. The club has also introduced recognition initiatives, including awards that spotlight individuals making an impact in business, community service, and public life.

“This started as a simple gathering, but it quickly became something more,” said Valadez. “We realized there was a need for a space where conversations mattered, relationships were built, and people could show up as themselves. This is, and always has been, a mission—not a movement.”

Now entering its next phase, Saturday Menudo Club is working through the formalization of its structure as a Veteran-owned business, reinforcing its commitment to service, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The organization’s vision includes scaling its model to reach additional communities while maintaining the authenticity that has defined its success.

The club credits much of its growth to a strong network of partners and supporters who have contributed to its development and visibility. Among those recognized are Latinos for America First, Veterans for America First, The Ricky Report, and numerous collaborators who have helped amplify its message.
