Now in their seventh successive year, the TELCAs honour the best consultant and broker companies in the UK. The awards are recognised within the industry as being one of the most coveted in the UK and are specific to Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) in the energy industry. This year, the awards introduced a new look and new award categories. Alongside these changes, the judging process was also much more rigorous, involving video interviews and random customer feedback.The awards Smarter Business has been shortlisted for:
The Most Trusted Consultancy and The Best Customer Service (SME Customers) awards, are both highly-contested and sought-after.
The Most Trusted Consultancy is for any broker or consultant who can demonstrate their integrity when it comes to their customers, business dealings and reputation. The Best Customer Service award goes to the TPI who best demonstrates that they are able to effectively deal with problems, fix and find solutions and keep customers informed and happy.
Smarter Business Head of Key Accounts, Tim Sealy-Fisher, was nominated by one of our clients for the ‘Industry Expert’ award. An ‘Industry Expert’ is someone who through their ability, experience and skill becomes indispensable to clients and makes an impact on the broader energy market.
Taking place on 26th June, the exclusive black-tie TELCA awards evening will be attended by 400 industry leaders. The glittering event will take place at the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), followed by an after party and river cruise aboard the Silver Sturgeon.
