BriefingWire.com, 2/17/2021 - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Swansea, UK - Swansea's Number 1 Day Nursery Facilities

Wrap around childcare from 3 months to Pre-school with before and after school drop off and pick up care provided for schools in the local area.

We have a self-contained Baby Unit to take account of the particular requirements of young babies aged from 3-18 months. The rooms are situated on the ground floor and are light and airy. The unit includes a playroom, a quiet room and a changing room.

Our baby rooms are brightly decorated and include a superb range of age-appropriate equipment, which is regularly renewed. The most important aim of our baby rooms is to provide a happy, safe and loving environment where children can learn and develop to their full potential.

Your baby will have continuous love and care from a team of experienced Nursery Nurses and a fully qualified Key Worker who has specific knowledge about young babies and their needs.

The Daisy role playroom is on the first floor and provides the ideal environment for a toddler to explore and develop in all the main learning areas. Toddlers are divided into groups and follow a daily routine, which is carefully planned to provide stimulation in a fun and caring environment.

We use a themed approach to daily activities. Each theme lasts about 3 months and includes opportunities for stories, music, art and craft, sand and water play and cooking.

###

Buttercups, our creative Room on the first floor, helps children aged 18-24 months to make the transition from being a baby to being a toddler. This age range has specific needs; the rooms are homely, comfortable and bright.

The staff are well qualified and deliver an emphasis on language development and the opportunity for new experiences for your child. Daily activities include art, crafts, singing, dancing, construction, sand and water play, role-play and stories.

We also have a rest time and have a sleeping room for the children.

The Flowers’ School Room consists of a spacious science room and a light, airy role playroom, with a reading corner and separate art and craft room. Our fully qualified teacher runs the School Room, which offers English and Welsh provision.

The teacher sets the curriculum to ensure The Foundation Phase is closely followed. The children’s day is more structured at this stage. Projects last for at least 3 months and encompass activities such as stories, music, art and craft, water and sand play and cookery.

All staff have a minimum of Level 3 Childcare and all have obtained Food Hygiene, Child Protection and First Aid certification.
