At the end of every renovation, the skip goes, the vans pull away, and the house falls quiet. What should feel like a finish line usually looks like one more job waiting to start. T&M Cleaning Services exists for that moment. For years, the Sutton firm has handled domestic and office jobs in South London and Surrey, treating each as if it were their own family. Michael ensures that he discusses the price first, keeps strictly to his schedule, and always answers when clients want to talk about the job.Housekeeping, deep cleans, office services, and tenancy end cleaning are all listed in the schedule, but renovation cleans are taking up a bigger part of the diary. After builders cleaning Kingston upon Thames residents arrange for the mess left by the trades, as clearing up is not the same as cleaning up. The contractors remove only what is theirs. Freshly pulverised plaster continues to fall even days after the last contractor has left, dirt is rubbed into carpet fibres and scraped onto newly installed flooring with every step, and white coating gets smeared on surfaces that have cost many pounds to set up. Wiping them with a wet rag makes it worse.
A spokesperson for T&M Cleaning Services said, "A renovation is not finished when the trades leave. It is finished when the family can walk through barefoot and breathe easily. Fine dust gets everywhere, even inside cupboards that stayed shut, and most people underestimate it until the cloth turns grey for the tenth time. Let the team take that last stretch off your hands. Make your home or office look better and fresher with our friendly staff."
Time is essential during renovations, so the company schedules cleanings during handovers, leaving space for those who need to rush their work. A staff member handles the kitchen areas, cleaning down all the appliances, while sweeping the inside of the cupboards before anything is put inside. The other cleaners clean rooms one at a time, using professional-grade equipment that tradespeople don’t carry around.
