As the Technical Sales Director – Heat Transfer/Reflective Lipson will be responsible for all product development/production which require heat transfer application. This includes, but is not limited to, heat applied to die-cut stretch reflective, 3M reflective die-cut film, glass bead screen print reflective transfers, TPU/silicone heat seals, durable heat transfers (DHT), halo-free heat transfers, and multi-colour heat transfers. He will also assist in setting the quality standards as well as guide the factories on issues of applications.

Prior to joining The Unique Group, Lipson spent 10 years with Avery Dennison, and was instrumental in the setup of their Heat Transfer Division. Prior to this, he worked in the apparel embellishment industry for over 35 years.
