As Touchstone Health’s CAO, Mr. Caione has been responsible for all business operations, as well as corporate finance and contracting practices. Prior to joining Touchstone Health in October 2009, Mr. Caione held executive positions at WellCare and Oxford Health Plans.

Mr. Birch will remain with the company as a non-executive chairman of the board of directors and he will continue to serve on Touchstone Health’s HMO (health maintenance organization) board. He has held the role of President and CEO of Touchstone Health since 2009.
