Whitaker Realty continues to add to its Las Olas presence with two new commercial leases signed on the Boulevard. As availability of inventory on Las Olas continues to lessen, demand continues to rise for a coveted retail spot on Fort Lauderdale’s most desirable corridor. Todd Kirkpatrick with Whitaker Realty represented the Leasee in the negotiation and long-term lease of two separate Las Olas Boulevard leases. The Archives, a trendsetting men’s boutique, relocated from its original spot on East Las Olas for a more western location at the corner of Southeast 10th Terrace and Las Olas Boulevard.
The second lease was negotiated for a private investment and holding company.
Kirkpatrick explains, “The vacancy rates on high-profile retail and office space on trendy Las Olas Boulevard are at an all time low due to such high demand and a much improving retail environment. We look forward to working with local companies and management firms like the Las Olas Company to encourage commerce and traffic on Las Olas.”
