U.S.W.G.O. assumed the patdown photo came from Dead Serious News
USWGO Founder Brian D. Hill admits he thought Dead Serious News held the copyright to the TSA Enhanced patdown photo.

BriefingWire.com, 3/02/2011 - Brian D. Hill has decided to make a statement slamming the allegations held against him by telling the truth and not letting any lies get out about the copyright infringement lawsuit being held against him.

Mr. Hill states "I thought the photo came from a reporter working for Dead Serious News and gave the photo away to other websites. Also to the court summons allegations that stated that I knew the photo came from Colorado and Denver Post that is not true. I assumed the photo came from the San Francisco International Airport.".

Yes Brian is now going to publicly admit that he properly credit the TSA Enhanced patdown photo from Dead Serious News. Mr. Hill also says "If the Denver Post is the real copyright owners then they need to prove it before engaging in this frivolous lawsuit and should not target me since I knew to the best of my knowledge that whom I credited wqs the original owner but if I am wrong then well I'm only human."

There is a good amount of staff members at Dead Serious News so any of them could have took the patdown photo.

Also for all those who wanted to know what started the lawsuit well check the photo at the Dead Serious News article below:
