This documentary is going to highlight the Righthaven lawsuit against U.S.W.G.O. and their connections to backers in Stephens Media, question the official story of the September 11th attacks and the Oklahoma City Bombings, and bring out a ride array of historical facts that have been left out in the Mainstream newspapers and even the official public school sanctioned history books.

The Documentary will be released Independently, without any help or assistance from the MPAA or even Hollywood, and will not be sold at any store. The only place anyone can find the documentary is online or in the future at some public libraries since U.S.W.G.O. will release at est 50 Lightscribe Labeled DVDs to public libraries, family and friends, and to the public.

U.S.W.G.O. had put out an earlier Press Release regarding Righthaven's lawsuit against Mr. Hill, but a lot more details came out of the court case since the last release of information by the organization. Righthaven, in 2011, tried to get Mr. Hill to settle in which certain terms required Mr. Hill to remove all commentary on Righthaven LLC, any information sent to the press during the lawsuit, be denied the 1st Amendment rights to have Free Speech to talk about Righthaven's actions, and put out a forced public apology admitting guilt for civil copyright infringement. Mr. Hill refused to settle under those circumstances and since being represented by copyright attorney David Kerr, on a Pro Bono basis, has submitted a motion to dismiss based on the facts and the law. If the dismissal was not warranted then the motion also requested that due to the health problems of Mr. Hill that the court trial be moved to the Middle District Federal Court for the District of North Carolina. Due to the Judge going against Righthaven in court that they submit a motion to voluntarily dismiss Mr. Hill's case first without prejudice, but due to certain situation in the court case, they changed it to dismissal with prejudice meaning that Righthaven LLC can not sue Mr. Hill again for that particular case.

Mr. Hill created a bad PR stunt for Righthaven, causing the Denver Post, their apparent corporation Media News Group Inc., to drop their contract with the copyright enforcer citing that it was a bad idea. Ever since Mr. Hill and other defendants have stood up against Righthaven, they have lost one court battle after another. Now Righthaven is heavily relying on the appeals court to overturn several judge rulings against the plaintiffs representing Righthaven. Since Mr. Hill stood up and did not back down led to a lot more people fighting back against the copyright troll.

In June of 2011, Mr. Hill decided on production on the documentary to focus on a number of issues including the Fascist Police State, the civil war and it's effects on states rights, demonization of the Americas founding fathers, how the Government lures illegal immigrants to the U.S. as an excuse to set up interior checkpoints, official witnesses in New York bring out a different story then the one told by the 9/11 commission, and other important political issues.
