Fair Use is not protected unless you have the money to pay the court fess and it is debatable. People including yours truly was almost forced to go to court to fight for our rights and even after managing to get the case dismissed there was a repercussion that I never get to be allowed to ever put up the TSA patdown photo again to protest the TSA even though Fair Use would have covered it. I and other bloggers shouldn't ever be forced to go to court and pay out money just to have Fair Use Rights so now a commission is born for investigating Fair Use copyright cases much like a Fair Use task force and U.S.W.G.O. is proposing this bill.

U.S.W.G.O and friends is getting sick and tired of how courts have fees that they know the average person cannot afford which makes it where people that can't afford to fight in court are forced to abandon their Fair Use and even their Constitutional Rights. All thanks to Righthaven LLC and other copyright enforcers that has started this nasty trend of shooting down peoples Fair Use Rights.

They are one of the reasons why U.S.W.G.O. is now getting people to pressure their congresspeople to propose and sponsor a bill known as the Fair Use Commission Act (FUCA) of 2011, an investigative commission run by average and independent content creators to investigate all Fair Use related cases and rule on whether the case is pure copyright infringement or protected under Fair Use Exemptions under the Copyright Act. Any corporate representatives would also be legally barred from ever serving in this commission since they have the money to infiltrate and corrupt the commission. If that happened Fair Use would be dead and many including me would go to prison plus lose our blogs since they would use copyrights to shut down political websites to imprison people for political purposes much like Communist China.

Enough is enough of copyright enforcers that act as though Fair use doesn't exist. Fair Use is the LAW and for copyright enforcers to deny it's existence is criminal for organizations that act as though they want to protect the artists rights.

So I Brian D. Hill of U.S.W.G.O. will work as hard as possible to get at least one congressperson to sponsor the Fair Use Commission Act of 2011 to become a bill.

Watch as U.S.W.G.O. will fight for the peoples rights to run political blogs without fear of imprisonment or repercussions. This country is not Communist China and I Brian will fight any attempt to turn America into a copy of the Chinese tyrannical system.
