Which Is Actually is the Biggest Paedo Defender Party In Politics Today - Conservatives of Labour?
The Things That Separate The Labour Party And The Conservative Party - Even With Being 'Paedo Defenders' - Tories or Labour?

BriefingWire.com, 2/26/2026 - Yesterday in the house of commons we saw an example of how the Conservative party treats other parties and parliament itself.

This time it was the Conservative Party's turn to demonstrate its total disregard for propriety, ability to discuss political matters respectfully, descending into 'common over the fence' abuse of a neighbour..

The 'leader' of the Conservative party Kemi Badenoch delivered what could only be described as a vicious rant against the Prime Minister and the Labour party beyond all realms of decency.

The absolute bottom of the pit was when she managed to drag out a crude reference to 'paedo defenders', direct from the gutter of a Nigerian slum combined with nasty right wing politics - not worthy of a party leader under any circumstances - and a clear indication of her real personality was finally revealed.

1/. In order to contrast this, there was another incident in October 2020 when Labour's Deputy Leader used the word 'scum' against the Conservative party. Chris Clarkson challenged the remark (“Did the honourable lady just call me scum?”).

The Deputy Speaker, Dame Eleanor Laing, immediately reprimanded Rayner for the language and Rayner unconditionally apologised the next day - clearly she went too far and took full responsibility.

2/. What followed the incident was the following from the Conservative party:

A. Public criticism and calls for an apology

Conservative MPs publicly criticised the language and said it was inappropriate. They argued it contributed to a toxic political climate.

B. Pressure that led quite rightly to the apology

*However, In the - 'Paedo Defenders' issue: No intervention from the Speaker; no formal challenge in the chamber; media reported the remark but without the same level of institutional or cross-party reaction. *No apology issued.

*But, in the 'Scum' issue:

The Speaker intervened immediately; opposition MPs objected; Media widely reported it; *Apology issued.

The accusation made yesterday in parliament by Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch was that Sir Keir Starmer was "presiding over the paedo defenders party.

So let's look at what each party has done over the last 16 years since 20210 to find out. Below is a summary of political activity over that time:

Conservative Party: 2010-2024 (over 14 years)

Continuous (non-specified) updates to the S***** Offences Act 2003

Labour Party: 20124-2026 (over 2 years)

A/. Removal of limitation periods for civil claims (2025)

This is a major shift: historically, survivors were often barred from seeking justice.

B/. New offences proposed under the Crime and Policing Bill (2025)

Offences relating to child ****** abuse material, Offence of obstructing reporting, Offences relating to child criminal exploitation, Offences relating to coerced internal concealment, Offences relating to spiking.

C/. Mandatory reporting of child ****** abuse (2025–2026)

This is one of the most substantial changes in decades, driven by the Independent Inquiry into Child ****** Abuse (IICSA).

Not difficult to see who did or is now doing the most against paedophilia - it appears to be that perhaps the 'Conservative party' are more guilty of being far more 'Paedo defenders' over a 14 year period than the Labour party are over just 2 years?

Even with the legalised power accorded to the right wing media - created by three other Conservative Prime Ministers between 2011 and 2024 - it will be interesting to see how they 'frame' and 'distort' this
