Recently, her firm Bethel Care, which is a full service counseling and treatment facility has been awarded additional contracts as result of its stellar record in the state of New Jersey that includes:

Van transportation, expanded Mini food pantry, establishment of Bethel West (women's transitional housing) 44 beds, and a 65 bed facility located on Bruen Avenue in Irvington, NJ, along with 2 school contracts.

Though Osborne is an extremely busy professional, she is well known for her kindness and compassion; according to a news release dated March 17, 2015 noted: "Osborne wants you to see her just as she is - living unabashedly - after you bend down to hug her. And once you've gotten past that, she wants you to reach out and help somebody with the same fervor she has for humanity.

"It feeds me, like water does to a plant," Osborne says."To do something for somebody, oh God, I'm excited like a kid at Christmas."
