Mimi joined the Sofema team in May 2018. She currently works as a Senior OPS at Sofema Aviation Services.

1. What inspired you to become a senior OPS?

I feel confident in my strong organizational skills and interest in raising in my career. I take responsibility for my actions and I feel comfortable with my colleagues at all.

2. Can you describe your job in three words?

Results-oriented, Energetic, Methodical.

3. What is the best aspect about being a part of the Sofema Team?

My rich experience of working in a team helps me to cope with all positions, approach my work professionally and adapt easily to the nature of work.

4. Which skills have you developed while working at Sofema?

Multitasking as well as business communication.

5. If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?

“THE LIFE STORY” – because each of us has a different vision of life.

6. Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?

If I have secret talent no one knows, then why should I write share it? It has to be secret because it’s secret.
