There are days that are filled with great emotional struggle and turmoil, well actually the crazy as I like to call it, hangs around for a while. No matter how much effort is exerted, the crazy is just there perched on a limb waiting for you to start working toward your goal to interfere. It is important to assess the moments you must refresh your soul; to keep fresh and get rid of toxicity. You cannot soar higher weighed down with negativity and people who are limited thinking and have influence over your decisions.

GET RID OF TOXICITY! It’s just that simple and purpose not to give up and hang in there just one more day you will surprise yourself as what develops as a result of your tenacity.

Need direction? God is always available to talk, direct and comfort but the exchange requires openness which can only be achieved when we are present and sometimes still.
